Gambino's Hooker Booker Cites Spitzer Case Sentences
She should have been booking hookers for Client 9.
A Brooklyn woman who answered the phone for a mob-run prostitution ring complained yesterday that she could end up doing more time than the women who arranged former Gov. Eliot Spitzer's call-girl assignations.
Suzanne Porcelli, who admitted aiding prostitution in the Gambino ring, faces up to two years in prison under the terms of her plea deal with Manhattan federal prosecutors.
But in court papers, Porcelli says she should be given a "non-jail sentence" to avoid "unwarranted sentencing disparities" with three defendants from the Emperors Club VIP case tied to Spitzer.
Two of them -- bookers Tanya Hollander and Temeka Rachelle Lewis -- got only probation, while Cecil Suwal, who helped manage the operation, was sentenced to six months in jail.
