The story of Charles is one of a strange man who could show incredible devotion to his infirm mother and then turn around and cause murder and havoc on the streets of New York. He was arrested in February 2008 and finally convicted of racketeering in 2009 which earned him a life sentence in federal prison. Charles was one of the last true believers of the mob life.
