Mob Wives depiction rattles brother of slain gangster




VH1's 'Mob Wives' star Alicia DiMichele, the wife of Colombo enforcer Edward Garofalo Jr., is scheduled to be sentenced Monday for embezzling union funds from a trucking company she owned with her husband.

The brother of a slain gangster is so repulsed by the depiction of his family on television’s “Mob Wives” that he says he considered selling his oceanfront paradise in Brooklyn to move to a place where he wouldn’t be recognized.

Emmanuel "Manny" Garofalo told the Daily News he is so sick over how his brother Eddie’s violent death is being exploited by the show and its newest star — Eddie’s daughter-in-law, Alicia DiMichele — that he put his four-bedroom, four-bathroom Sea Gate palace on the market for $1.2 million.

DiMichele, the sexy wife of the victim’s son, Colombo enforcer Edward Garofalo Jr., is scheduled to be sentenced Monday for embezzling union funds from a trucking company she owned with her husband.

“Alicia has chosen to humiliate my nephew Edward and our entire family in the name of my brother who she never even knew,” said Manny Garofalo. “The show’s stupid. I think it’s disgraceful. It’s blood money. It’s my brother’s blood.”
